Currently, she is a member of the Chairpersons Forum, Gordon Institute of Business, the Independent Directors' Initiative and the Institute of Directors in South Africa. Curtis began her career in strategic account leadership at South<br \/>\nAfrica\u2019s top three agencies during the 1980s \u2013 Hunt Lascaris, Ogilvy &amp; Mather and the Interpublic Group\/Lintas \u2013 and was first appointed as a board director at the age of only 26. Ms. Letlape held the position of Managing Director of the Human Resources Division at Eskom Holding<br \/>\nfrom 2000 to 2008. Prior to joining Eskom, she was Director of Human Resources at IBM South Africa, where she spent nineteen years.
