Michelle Cervantes is an international business consultant who has founded two companies specializing in international trade. As CEO of the Howy Group, she advises exporters in the food, beverage, and agriculture sectors, assisting both Mexican companies who want to export their products and foreign companies interested in importing their products into the Mexican market. Earlier, she founded SOMEX Trade, which she led from 2020-2022. She is also the current National President of Foreign Trade in the Mexican Chamber of Industry, which promotes the competitiveness and productivity of companies, while supporting them to become socially responsible innovative enterprises.

Latifa Bin Haider is a social entrepreneur, Co-Founder of Mental Health AE, and Founder of Baytuki and Baytuki Academy.
