Bell Paniangwet is Co-Founder and CEO of Freshket, a food supply chain platform simplifying the process for suppliers and restaurants to buy and sell products. After graduating from Thammasat University, she launched her career in marketing consultancy specializing in consumer research and market analysis. After three years’ experience in the corporate environment, she started her own business in Food Services, leveraging her family’s agriculture business. Recognizing the problems in the industry, she founded Freshket in 2016, using technology to streamline the process between suppliers and restaurants and consumers.
Karla Huerta, Founder & CEO, APB Sistemas (Mexico)
At the age 26 Karla Huerta has managed to found four companies. She is currently CEO of two companies: APB Sistemas, which is dedicated to the systematization and automatization of parking lots, and KM Consulting, a French Rosè wine marketer. She also operates small businesses KUVA, distributing Mexican passion fruit; and Unicornia. In addition, she is the Director of Youth Entrepreneurs for the Mexican Association of Women Heads of Companies (AMMJE). The author of the book “What they don't give you to undertake,” she was a host and coach in the first mentoring program for entrepreneurs created by Discovery Channel and Lenovo.
Yada Piyajomkwan, Co-Founder & CEO, AJAIB (Thailand/Indonesia)
Yada Piyajomkwan is a co-founder and CPO at Ajaib, a unicorn Fintech in Indonesia focusing on online investments for millennials. In 2022, Ajaib doubled Indonesia stock investing penetration with over one million investors and became Indonesia’s seventh unicorn. She co-founded Ajaib with a classmate during her time at Stanford Graduate School of Business. Prior to this, she worked for McKinsey & Company in their financial services practice before receiving a Fulbright scholar to complete her Master’s degree.
Nguyen Ngoc My (Sylvia Nguyen), CEO, Alphanam Real Estate JSC (Vietnam)
As a Board Director of Alphanam Group and CEO of Alphanam Real Estate JSC, Nguyen Ngoc My (Sylvia Nguyen) shapes and approves the company’s strategies and sets the organization’s overall direction in the tourism and hospitality industries. In March 2021, she represented Alphanam Group to receive the EDGE Certificate on MOVE – a world class certification on gender equality in the workplace. She is also a Board Member of the Vietnam Business Coalition for Women’s Empowerment, Chair of the Next Generation’s Young Entrepreneurs’ Club and Vice Chair of ASEAN Young Women Entrepreneurs Club. In addition, her work in building stronger connections between public and private sectors led to her appointment as Honorary Consul of Iceland in Hanoi in 2020.
