I want to share with you a glass ceiling video which surprised and moved me this week in Philadelphia, the city where the Founding Fathers crafted a constitution for the new nation promising equality for all. Yet, only after showing 44 men who have served as US Presidents did it hit me anew to have a woman as the Presidential nominee of a major Party as the ultimate glass breaking historic event for women in the most powerful nation in the world. Another tearful moment for me this week. The other was First Lady Michelle Obama’s speech. My heart is full.
